pl67 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on pl67 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported debit/credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit page for each method and may vary. Deposits using methods that are not listed on the deposit page are not accepted and may be returned at your expense.

pl67 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment source used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered to someone else is not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. pl67 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines stated on the withdrawal page for each method. Processing times can vary depending on the method selected and any pending verification requirements on your account.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once identity verification is complete.
• pl67 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR regardless of the method used.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must contact pl67 support within 30 days of the transaction. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. pl67 will review transaction records and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pl67 offers bonuses, free spins and promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer before you claim it. By claiming a bonus you agree to the specific terms that apply to that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household address and per device.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions are all considered forms of bonus abuse. Where pl67 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets, cancel the bonus balance and close the account. Players who have a history of bonus abuse on other platforms may be excluded from promotional offers at pl67's discretion.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pl67 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. Pre-match bets are accepted prior to the start of an event. In-play bets are accepted during a live event subject to availability. pl67 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice, including during live events.

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at pl67's discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors may result in bets being voided regardless of the stated outcome.
• Unsettled bets remain as pending until the event is concluded and the result confirmed by official sources.
• Cricket bets including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent).

Casino & Slots

All casino games and slots on pl67 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is displayed within the game information panel. Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a bet or game round, pl67's system will record the state of play at the point of disconnection.
